The week we spy ahead to Spiderhead (20.5.22)

Welcome The Mighty Thor

Marvel treated us to a sneak peek at Natalie Portman and Tessa Thompson in Thor: Love and Thunder, where it seems like Valkyrie and Jane Foster/The Mighty Thor are running the show. The still also offers a first look at the Goddess Bast, played by Akosia Sabet. A huge shout out to the teams in London, Mumbai, Vancouver and Montreal whose incredible talent is being heaped into this one – we’re all champing at the bit for the 8th July release date!

A Fairytale in New York

The stars gathered in NYC to celebrate the US release of Downton Abbey: A New Era, which hits screens today. Huge congratulations to Patti Llaguno and the LDN team for turning back time once again.

Heineken Silver

Working with Publicis and headed up by a multi-skilled team including Directors William Bartlett and Simon Wood and Real-Time Supervisor Taekyu Yang, the team were tasked with creating numerous assets for the pre-launch of the Heineken Silver Beer. This was an original concept for the brand which sees them approach the Metaverse in a tongue-in-cheek way with the ironic release of a virtual beer served in their simulated brewery within ‘Decentraland’. Beautifullly graded by Company 3’s Steffan Perry.

The Top Gun: Maverick cast attended the film’s Cannes premiere on Wednesday, where the film received a FIVE-MINUTE standing ovation!
