As VAN enters its final stretch on Rebel Moon, the team got together for a social and WIP screening of all their stellar work from Zack Snyder’s latest and greatest.

The Pride has arrived
With anticipation mounting for the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Framestore has delivered this roarsome creative campaign for ITV. Directed and creatively led by William Bartlett, the film is a combination of both CG and real lionesses, the latter filmed against green screen on location in South Africa. Our team in London seamlessly integrated both the live-action Lionesses alongside a full CG Lioness asset across multiple environments.

This week’s guest is LDN’s Engy Jarrouj, Talent Partner: Outreach and Inclusion. In this two-part podcast, Engy discusses her experience joining the Global Talent Team at Framestore focusing on diversity and inclusion, outreach and co-leading our Social Equity Board.

LGBT+ Pride Drinks
LDN made the most of the good weather and celebrated LGBT+ Pride with some themed end of month drinks on the 5th floor. Some of the team are also representing Framestore in London’s official Pride parade this weekend.




Life Drawing in MEL
The MEL team attended Burlesque Life Drawing this week. The hosts made sure they had a fabulous time, making use of all the feathers and fans, fishnets and glitter!


Flamestorm Update
After 3 wins on the run, this week LDN’s mighty softballers took to the pitch to face the TiPi Chiefs in what was to be a hard fought game. They kept it close through the first few innings but ultimately our bats just weren’t firing and TiPi got their first win of the season with a comfortable 23 – 11. Special shout out to Maggie Starzer for a beautiful fly ball catch on second base and Adam Smith for his big home run hit.

Mid-Season Soccer Scores
Both of MTL’s football teams are still going strong and we’ve reached the middle of the season. This week, Framestore team 1 challenged Digital Domain and won 5-3. Framestore team 2 put in some valiant effort against Gameloft but unfortunately lost. Some Framestorians came to encourage us and Taylor Holton took beautiful photos of our players in action.
MTL are looking for more women to join their mixed team! This is a great occasion to meet new people at Framestore and take part in a friendly and semi-competitive league. Be sure to reach out to Laurence Drouilly or Luis Ramsauer if you want more details.



VAN LaunchPad Presentations
As our VAN interns reach the halfway point, they continue to learn from the best of the best here at Framestore. This week, it was Vancouver’s Head of Tracking, Drew Shields.
