LDN Calling for Emergency Arts Mentor🚨
Arts Emergency has just opened mentor applications for 2024.
- For all the basics on the Arts Emergency mentoring programme you can check out our cheatsheet here.
- If you would like to apply to be a 2024 mentor simply register here by 30th September.
Every Arts Emergency mentor has the unique opportunity to directly contribute to a fairer future where ALL young people, no matter their background, can find their way into creative careers. Mentors are trained, supported, and cheered on by a team of passionate people dedicated to making sure they get the most out of their time as a volunteer. They’ll get to meet a curious, committed, and excited young person (aged 16-18) just starting out on their journey – who’ll be so grateful to have a more experienced friend by their side. And, last but not least, mentors develop a skill set and gain a set of experiences that will help you grow both personally and professionally. There’s really no downside!
The mentor programme runs each year from January – December and they ask mentors to commit to meeting their mentee once a month for at least 1 hour, either online or in-person.
A quick reminder that LDN has a bank holiday on Monday!
That’s all folks for this week!
