More Dumbledore In Store

Warner Bros. revealed the title for the next Wizarding World instalment this week – Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will arrive in cinemas on 15th April 2022. Featuring some magical creatures courtesy of our LDN and MTL VFX wizards, and hopefully some answers to the mysteries surrounding one of JKR’s most enigmatic characters.

Godfather of Harlem

The fantastic NY team delivered Season 2 of ABC’s Godfather of Harlem. Taking on the majority of the season’s VFX work, the team worked on 570 shots across 10 episodes, including blood hits, muzzle flashes, CG fires, digital matte paintings of vintage New York, greenscreen composites and general cleanup. Read more about their work here.

No Time To Cry

A sneaky peek behind the scenes made its way onto Twitter this week, with an emotional Daniel Craig looking not shaken but definitely stirred as he thanked the cast and crew, and said his final farewell to the 007 moniker.

Don’t forget to check out Framestore’s Instagram, where we’re hosting a Bond takeover to celebrate our 007th set of iconic titles.

First We Take Manhattan

The LDN Labs team delivered a huge out of home digital content display system and stunning dual screen display installed at Related Companies’ new headquarters, Hudson Yards in New York City. Read more about the work here.

Method for Change

LDN’s Paul O’Brien worked with Uncommon to tame the foam in this short film for Method, producer of eco-friendly cleaning products, featuring a banger from British rock band Jarv Is’s latest album ‘Beyond the Pale’. Believe it or not, this piece was made entirely without CG!

Thinking about how much fun this must have been to film is giving us a true sense of FOAM-O.

Aston Martin x 007

Working collaboratively with director, Daniel Kleinman the LDN team have fused the 007 world with the Aston Martin Formula 1 world in this latest Aston Martin spot. Moodily coloured by Steffan Perry to bring together the best of Bond, and some impressive footage from the F1 team.

Not A Patch On Us

The creative geniuses in MTL have designed and produced some custom patches to purchase as mementos for each title they’ve worked on. We’re not at all jealous that they’re not shipping internationally just yet, honest.

Shout-out to all of our amazing patch designers: Daniel Jervis, Carolina Delgado, Luis Martinez, Hongseok Hur, Julien Deragon, Juan Cabanillas (the mastermind), and Sarah Delguste.
