More Dumbledore In Store
Warner Bros. revealed the title for the next Wizarding World instalment this week – Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will arrive in cinemas on 15th April 2022. Featuring some magical creatures courtesy of our LDN and MTL VFX wizards, and hopefully some answers to the mysteries surrounding one of JKR’s most enigmatic characters.
Godfather of Harlem
The fantastic NY team delivered Season 2 of ABC’s Godfather of Harlem. Taking on the majority of the season’s VFX work, the team worked on 570 shots across 10 episodes, including blood hits, muzzle flashes, CG fires, digital matte paintings of vintage New York, greenscreen composites and general cleanup. No Time To Cry
A sneaky peek behind the scenes made its way onto Twitter this week, with an emotional Daniel Craig looking not shaken but definitely stirred as he thanked the cast and crew, and said his final farewell to the 007 moniker.

First We Take Manhattan
The LDN Labs team delivered a huge out of home digital content display system and stunning dual screen display installed at Related Companies’ new headquarters, Hudson Yards in New York City. Read more about the work here.
Method for Change
LDN’s Paul O’Brien worked with Uncommon to tame the foam in this short film for Method, producer of eco-friendly cleaning products, featuring a banger from British rock band Jarv Is’s latest album ‘Beyond the Pale’. Believe it or not, this piece was made entirely without CG!
Thinking about how much fun this must have been to film is giving us a true sense of FOAM-O.
Aston Martin x 007
Working collaboratively with director, Daniel Kleinman the LDN team have fused the 007 world with the Aston Martin Formula 1 world in this latest Aston Martin spot. Moodily coloured by Steffan Perry to bring together the best of Bond, and some impressive footage from the F1 team.
#Wombstories Has the Lions on Lock
The talented Sharon Lock from our LDN team made the Cannes Lions Top 10 rankings of Creative Directors at the Festival this week, for her work on #Wombstories. Massive congratulations Sharon – if we said we weren’t impressed we’d be lion.
The Joys of Falling into Autumn

Vermouth Is Out There
Netflix rolled out the red carpet for Ollie Bersey and Standish Millennas this week, inviting them to their London celebration of the Emmy’s at the new Soho House space, 180. After their private drivers (courtesy of Netflix) dropped them off, they casually photobombed Gillian Anderson’s selfie with The Crown cast mate Olivia Colman. Apparently Gillian Anderson went over to find out who they were!
Not A Patch On Us
The creative geniuses in MTL have designed and produced some custom patches to purchase as mementos for each title they’ve worked on. We’re not at all jealous that they’re not shipping internationally just yet, honest.

Welcome to the Dahl House
Netflix bought themselves a golden ticket this week, announcing their acquisiton of the Roald Dahl Story Company. The Big Friendly (Streaming) Giant also revealed they’re working with Sony and Working Title on an adaptation of Matilda the Musical.
