Continued Learning
Below Global Head of Talent, Amy Smith reviews the free expert online training LinkedIn has on offer exploring topics of diversity and inclusion:
A lot of us have spent the past few weeks reading, learning and wondering what we can do next to continue our work as allies to the Black Lives Matter movement but equally to the diversity and inclusion agenda more widely.
In response to the death of George Floyd in May, LinkedIn put together a series of training resources from their learning site to help. I have worked my way through all of them and found each course to be helpful and thought provoking so wanted to share with everyone!
Some of the topics include:
- Unconscious Bias
- The notion of ‘Belonging’ and what that means at work
- What it means to work with multiple nationalities and cultures at work
- How to be a true ally or ‘upstander’ and not simply a bystander
For more information please click the link below. Each course is under an hour in duration and is broken up into smaller bitesize videos so they are really easy to squeeze into a few minutes each day.
Head to our Diversity Site for more content.
