Beyond ‘Gravity’

It was a pleasure to host Professor Hugh Lewis in the LDN office for his talk, ‘Beyond Gravity’ – revisiting the issue of Space Debris (as brought to life with our Oscar-winning film Gravity) and the importance of awareness around this (terrifying) environmental problem.
Professor Hugh was introduced by our very own CCO Tim Webber (who happens to know a thing or two about the film) and stuck around for an hour-long Q&A … just in case he didn’t know how much we love talking about space 💁

Happy Canada Day!
Our Canadian counterparts celebrated Canada Day lat Monday 1st July. Now.. what exactly is it? The technical explanation: a day to mark the anniversary of the effective date of the Constitution Act, 1867. But of course it also means it’s a day to celebrate with fireworks, parades, etc – the full works.
Catch you next week. Ciao Ciao for now.
