Game Changers
Literally. A sneak peak in the press of upcoming activity from the Rides squad at the IAAPA Expo this November, as we partner with Canadian ride engineering specialists CAVU to bring new, interactive builds to the market
Yee-haw
Congratulations to Sharon Lock and Yukari Schrickel of Design Studio fame, who created this gorge music video for Cheval Sombre’s ‘Grand Canyon’. Made with a nifty combo of AfterEffects, cel animation and wood type hand letterpress, printed in our own London ‘hood at St. Bride’s Foundation, it’s a masterclass in motion magic
If you’re interested in picking up similar mad type skillz just minutes away from 28CL, check out the Foundation’s upcoming line-up right here
(Under) 30 and thriving
Bravo to Michelle Lee, who has been named one of The Drum’s 50 Under 30 in the US, in a showcasing of outstanding breakthrough talent; read her full profile HERE
Michelle also kindly took a turn in the [FRAMED] hot seat – dig in to find out what this woman can do amid airplane turbulence, and a fact about butterflies you never knew you needed
More reads, you ask? Hella yes. Welcome also to Amanda Barrios, Training Manager in Montréal: pro-puppies, pro-JVN, there’s a lot to love here (French edition available aussi)

One of said Welsh, Tim Webber, features in this article from Unreal on #virtualproduction, #gratuitoushashtag
Party in the footnotes
No place I’d rather be on a Friday eve. Fresh in Internet finds:
File it under writing porn, this top-notch punnery makes you (me) proud to be British
Calling it now, new in #holidayspam, it’s the Titanic II #jackandroseselfie
AI artwork. Sold, but I’m not sold
Soothe your emotional crises (like our impending goodbye) with Netflix’ top binge races, it’s a term, look it up
Dragging it out with a sunset. It’s a metaphor (cheers SKelly)
And with that, the end. #181 out 🙋
